The Wild Rumpus was our first stop of our Staycation. We have had a gift card to this place since Brecken was born but have never found the time to stop by and check the place out. The kids really loved looking though all the books and seeing the animals walking around the store.

Once we got downtown and checked into our hotel we decided to walk along the Stone Arch Bridge in downtown Minneapolis.

The next morning we tried to sleep in as long as possible since the Water Park didn’t open till 10am. However, after we started getting ready the kids were more than ready to go.

Once we figured the kids were tired enough at the water park we decided to pack up and head back home. However, we decided to stop one more place new for lunch and went to Galaxy Drive In located in St. Louis Park, MN. This may have been the highlight of the kids trip as we let them get Milkshakes.
Here are some more photos from our little trip.
