One of the things on Brecken’s summer bucket list was to go to Pump it Up and play around. Since I had just gotten back from China on the weekend and we were heading to Seattle for a wedding on Thursday I figure I might as well take Wednesday off and have some fun with Brecken.
He was super excited when we first got there because I didn’t tell him all morning where we were going. I just told him we had to do a couple things around town and just kind of showed up at Pump It Up.
So good or bad but since there wasn’t a lot of people there during the week, and adults are allowed on the equipment I decided to join in and crawl around. I will say they are not really built for adult as I would fall/trip over stuff because I didn’t fit well. Needless to say it was still a blast.
They also had an Air-Hockey table there that I played Brecken at a couple of times. Then some other kids wanted to play so I figured I would let them give it a try against Brecken.
He was holding his own even though he was against two older boys.
Next we got to head to another room with different equipment for the last hour of our time. Again it was fun but at one point I was in the middle of a dodge ball war against almost all 10 kids that were there. Not sure why those other stay at home parents weren’t helping me out, but oh well it was fun.
