In an effort to play “catch up” for those of you who keep up with the Walkers via Blogger instead of Facebook, I’ll try to catch you up to speed….

September brought about our first camping trip, which we have been talking about for over a year!!  

Playing a little football as we finalized the tent set-up…

B watched the fire very diligently as he walked by.  He was very concerned with fire safety which made us happy!

Is that our house in the background, you ask?  Why, yes it is!  You think we were going to go somewhere for our first ever camping adventure??  We are NOT that brave!

Auntie Jill, Uncle Matt, and cousins Michael and Julia came over for football, soccer, and s’mores 🙂

Tucked into the tent for the night…. Ready for sleep!

…. What is that gigantic bulge coming from the ceiling?  Is that a pocket full of water from the minimal rain we got that evening???  Grrrrrrrrrrr….. Unfortunately, the tent we borrowed from my parents wasn’t as sturdy as it was 15 years ago when it was last used and as a result, we had to dry off and move our camp-out into Mommy & Daddy’s bed inside.  Better luck next time…… 🙂
