The doctor just came in and we’re HOPEFUL that I get to go home today! She ordered one last test and wants to have that done and results back before officially releasing me, but if all goes as planned I’ll be back to cuddling with the doggies tonight 🙂
I’d like to do a wrap-up/ review of all that’s gone on in the hospital over the past few days but I can’t. It’s exhausting thinking about it and to be honest, I probably don’t remember all the details, nor would most of you like to read most of them!! Most important to note is that there is no baby and that I am fine. I am still having some contractions (according to the monitor), but not feeling most. I will be back to bed rest as I have been since week 21, and will check in with my doctor on Wednesday.
Below are a few pictures from the hospital.
I hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day and taking some time to reflect on the meaning behind the “day off from work.” Enjoy.

Hang in there April – I too spent some time at Abbott when I was on bedrest (a full week at around 34 weeks for me though) and I also ended up on the Mag Sulfate – not fun as I too was loopy and sick and all that other fun stuff. Just keep hanging on and pretty soon you will be holding Junior and it will all fade into a memory (I never thought I would feel that way either after being in bed, but it does fade away…maybe not as far with a scrapbook though 🙂 I’ll keep thinking and praying for you!

April – We are thinking about you guys! Hang in there. You’ll have so many stories to tell Junior when he’s older.
