Happy Mother’s Day April!
This year the kids, more specifically Brecken, had a plan he wanted to execute for Mother’s day. He wanted to make sure April could have breakfast in bed which by itself isn’t a huge problem and super sweet thought. However, she was slumber partying with the kids in the basement room so she was stuck down there until the plan was fully executed as there was also post it notes leading her from the bedroom to her Mother’s day gifts that the kids spent the night before working hard on. Finally, if that wasn’t enough no one woke up early so we didn’t even get stuff started until 7:30 and the coffee cake took 30 min to cook.
In the end, April complied and stayed in the basement until the plan could be carried out as the kids wanted.
